01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jeatbuz ("jeatbuz", "we", "us", "the platform"). This agreement governs all use of the jeatbuz website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support services.

jeatbuz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will publish a revised effective date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or account notification. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jeatbuz platform, close your account, and withdraw any remaining balance. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the revised agreement in its entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the jeatbuz Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any specific game rules or promotional terms, the specific terms applicable to the relevant game or promotion shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the jeatbuz platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing jeatbuz from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not unlawful.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which jeatbuz is expressly prohibited from operating.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from jeatbuz or any affiliated platform.
• You are not registered under a self-exclusion scheme that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling platforms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a jeatbuz employee, in a role connected to the operation of the platform.

jeatbuz employs age-verification procedures at the point of registration and reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time. Accepted documents include national ID cards, passports, and driving licences issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Players who fail to provide satisfactory age verification within the requested timeframe will have their accounts suspended until verification is complete.

Bangladesh Player Eligibility

jeatbuz is designed and operated primarily for players in Bangladesh. Players must ensure that their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in their location. jeatbuz does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the jeatbuz platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. jeatbuz employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, outstanding bonuses forfeited, and winnings derived from duplicate account activity will be voided.

Registration Requirements

When registering your jeatbuz account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

jeatbuz reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeatbuz login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any other person. jeatbuz will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the jeatbuz support team immediately at [email protected]. We recommend enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication, which is available to all registered players via the account security settings. jeatbuz strongly advises against accessing your account from shared or public devices.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

jeatbuz is required to conduct identity verification as part of its commitment to operating a safe and reliable platform. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you will be required to submit satisfactory KYC documentation. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of address. jeatbuz may additionally request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the jeatbuz Privacy Policy.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jeatbuz platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeatbuz does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that may occur at your payment provider's end is the player's sole responsibility.

Accepted Deposit Methods

jeatbuz currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. jeatbuz reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, and processing timeframes with prior notice where practicable.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the same account or to a verified payment account held in the same name as the jeatbuz account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jeatbuz aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the outcome of any applicable compliance review.

jeatbuz reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that is subject to an ongoing investigation, that appears to involve fraudulent activity, or that has been flagged by our automated risk monitoring systems. Players will be notified of any such delay and advised of the estimated resolution timeline where possible.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jeatbuz will attempt to contact the registered player prior to applying any dormant account administration fees. Players are encouraged to log in to their account periodically to maintain its active status.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jeatbuz offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before a withdrawal request can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are published within each promotion's terms. Bets placed on games with a return-to-player (RTP) of 97% or above may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations.

Bonus Abuse

jeatbuz operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; exploiting mathematical imbalances in game mechanics to generate guaranteed profit from bonus funds; placing opposing bets to artificially inflate wagering contribution; and any other strategy that jeatbuz reasonably determines constitutes an attempt to extract value from promotions without genuine play.

Where bonus abuse is identified, jeatbuz reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, recover funds already withdrawn that resulted from abusive activity, and permanently close the player's account without appeal.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

jeatbuz offers a range of gaming and sports betting products including cricket betting, live casino, slots, rummy, and fishing games. Each product category is governed by specific game rules that are published within the relevant game or section of the platform. By participating in any game or betting market, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

Betting Rules — Sports

All sports betting markets, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, are governed by the sports betting rules published on the platform. In-play betting markets are subject to real-time suspension and may be voided if a technical interruption prevents accurate data from being received. jeatbuz's decision regarding the settlement of any disputed bet is final, subject to the formal dispute process described below.

Casino & RNG Games

All casino games, including slots, roulette, blackjack, and baccarat, use certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are mathematically independent of previous results and cannot be influenced by any external party, including jeatbuz staff. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average across millions of rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a game outcome or bet settlement is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with the jeatbuz support team within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this deadline will not be considered. jeatbuz will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within 5 business days. jeatbuz's final decision on any dispute, after internal review, constitutes a binding resolution under these Terms.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity failure that causes a game to terminate abnormally, jeatbuz will endeavour to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the malfunction. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the wagered amount credited back to the player's account. jeatbuz is not liable for any losses claimed to result from a technical malfunction unless those losses arise directly from jeatbuz's negligence.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jeatbuz platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or via a third party.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false identity, using another person's payment credentials, or submitting falsified KYC documents.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or rummy variants.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated tool to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the platform in lieu of genuine human play.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting differences between odds or bonus terms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, in a manner that jeatbuz determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal with your bank or mobile financial service provider after deposited funds have been used to place bets on the platform.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward jeatbuz staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Platform interference: Attempting to circumvent security measures, exploit software vulnerabilities, introduce malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.
• Money laundering: Using jeatbuz to process the proceeds of any unlawful activity. jeatbuz complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

jeatbuz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspicion of fraudulent activity or identity theft; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; a court order or instruction from a competent authority; or a player's own voluntary request to close their account.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their jeatbuz account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the player's verified payment method, provided that no outstanding compliance review is in progress. Players who close their account voluntarily may re-register at a future date, subject to eligibility requirements at that time.

Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who close their account under jeatbuz's self-exclusion programme will not be permitted to re-register during the self-exclusion period, regardless of the circumstances. Re-registration attempts during an active self-exclusion period will result in the newly opened account being closed and all deposited funds returned. jeatbuz takes its self-exclusion commitments seriously and treats them as binding obligations on both parties.

Funds Upon Closure

Upon account closure, any verified BDT balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations or funds subject to investigation) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days. jeatbuz will not retain verified player funds that are not subject to a dispute, investigation, or forfeiture action under these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeatbuz's aggregate liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jeatbuz is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including loss of anticipated profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by jeatbuz's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
